Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi is a gentle and flowing exercise that comprises of 18 movements. The rocking motions and stretching movements gently massage the internal organs, stimulate the energy meridians (used in acupuncture and acupressure), move the major joints, and improve breathing, circulation, balance and digestion.
