Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi is a gentle and flowing exercise that comprises of 18 movements. The rocking motions and stretching movements gently massage the internal organs, stimulate the energy meridians (used in acupuncture and acupressure), move the major joints, and improve breathing, circulation, balance and digestion. These movements are suitable for practice by anyone, regardless of age, and can be done seated or standing.
