Tai Chi Wutan School for beginners - In Holy Cross Primary School, hall 2 (Next door to SouthBank Club) 8.15pm-9.15pm
Tai Chi is a highly beneficial way to exercise, not only does it combine body movement and mental stimulation, it also improves breathing and circulation. The gentle movements of Tai Chi ensure the body is energized without placing the joints and muscles under any unnecessary strain. Practiced regularly Tai Chi will help combat the effects of old age, relieve stress and tension, and give the practitioner a healthy appetite for life.

If you have finished learning the Yang Short Form at the Wutan School you are welcome to come and revise and learn some more of the wonderful things on our syllabus include Push Hands, Pa Kua, Hsingi and advanced Chi Kung.
